All original and commissioned sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Prints, Earrings, & Gifts
All print, earring, and gift sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns. We do allow exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for undamaged goods. You may exchange an item for another of equal or greater value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange and all charges for items of greater value.
For exchanges, send an email to email@example.com with an explanation and pictures of undamaged goods. You will be given a return address and the exchange will be made once the item/s arrive back safely.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen
Any damaged, lost, or stolen items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the item arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be replaced on a case by case basis. Some items cannot be replaced (in the case of original artworks and commissions). If any such item is lost, damaged, or stolen, we will discuss replacement options. No refunds will be given.
Seconds Sales, Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Digital Products
All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
